Depending on where you are located geographically, applicable privacy law may give you certain rights regarding your personal information, and you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. This Notice covers what personal information we process, how we process it, who we share it with, how we keep it safe, and how you can exercise your rights.
What personal data VouchrPulse and its mall/venue customers collect from shoppers and dashboard users, and how.
Personal information you disclose to us. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us. This may include:
We do not process sensitive information (such as racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs), and we do not collect any information from third parties.
Payment data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and associated security code. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe. You may find their privacy notice at https://stripe.com/gb/privacy.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to it.
Information automatically collected. Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services. This does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and information about how and when you use our Services. This is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for internal analytics and reporting. We also collect information through cookies and similar technologies, including log and usage data (service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information such as date/time stamps, pages and files viewed, searches, features used, and device event information such as crash reports).
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
The purposes data is processed for — sending campaigns, tracking redemptions, account administration, and analytics.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including to:
We only process your information when we have a valid legal reason to do so. Under the UK GDPR and GDPR, these legal bases include: your consent (which you can withdraw at any time); performance of a contract with you; compliance with our legal obligations; and protection of vital interests, such as situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person.
Sub-processors and third parties involved in delivering the service (e.g. messaging providers, payment processing, hosting).
We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work, including:
We also offer AI-powered products and features (such as AI insights), provided through third-party AI service providers, including Anthropic. Where you use these features, your input, output, and related personal information are shared with and processed by these providers.
We may also share your information in the following situations:
We may also use cookies and similar tracking technologies (including web beacons and pixels), including from third parties and service providers, for security, site functionality, analytics, and advertising purposes. Further detail is set out in our Cookie Notice.
Retention periods for subscriber data, message logs, and account records.
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this Notice requires us to keep your personal information longer than the period for which you have an account with us.
Where we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymise it, or, where that isn't possible (for example, because it is held in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, and any transmission of information to and from our Services is at your own risk.
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to promptly delete the data. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under 18, please contact us at privacy@vouchrpulse.com.

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws, which may include the right to: request access to and a copy of your personal information; request rectification or erasure; restrict processing; where applicable, receive your data in a portable format; and object to certain processing, including not being subject to automated decision-making. You can exercise these rights by contacting us using the details in the Contact section below, or by visiting https://vouchrpulse.com. We will consider and act on requests in accordance with applicable data protection law.
If we are relying on your consent to process your information, you may withdraw that consent at any time; this will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, or processing carried out on other lawful grounds.
You can review or change your account information by logging in to your account settings. If you request that we terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete it from our active databases, though we may retain some information where necessary to prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, assist with investigations, enforce our legal terms, or comply with legal requirements.
Most web browsers accept cookies by default; you can usually configure your browser to remove or reject cookies, though this may affect certain features of the Services. Note that we do not currently respond to browser Do-Not-Track signals, as no uniform standard for these has yet been finalised.
If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how we've handled your personal information, you can complain to us directly — we will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, investigate without undue delay, and keep you informed of progress and the outcome. If you remain unhappy with our response, you can refer your complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
